Have them sign into trusted accounts you choose to confirm it's really them
1. Choose which accounts you want them to verify (e.g. Google, LinkedIn)
2. Send them a secure verification link
3. They sign in to those accounts and, if successful, receive a short passphrase
4. They read the passphrase out loud to you in real time — if it matches, you know it's really them
No passwords are shared. Verification uses secure, industry-standard sign-in (OAuth) with read-only access — the same secure sign-in method you already use with Google, LinkedIn, and others.
